  • Is parking included with my ticket?
    Yes, parking is included with general admission tickets. Follow the signs to the designated parking areas.
  • If we can no longer attend can we get a refund?
    The Dam Jam Music Festival has a strict no refunds or returns policy. You can forward or send your ticket QR to a friend or family member. Our staff will not assist in transfers. Instruction are on the ticket to explain how to execute a transfer.
  • Can I show my ticket on my phone?
    Yes, you can show your ticket on your phone. Make sure the QR code is visible and scannable at the entrance.
  • How can I apply to perform at The Dam Jam?
    To apply to perform at The Dam Jam, email info@thedamjam.com with your EPK, Bio, and website/link for consideration.
  • What should I do if I need assistance during the festival?
    If you need assistance during the festival, visit the information booth located near the main entrance or contact any staff member for help.
