🎟 Wristbands & Will-Call

All guests, including campers, will receive a festival wristband at check-in. These are required for entry into the concert grounds and all campground areas.

  • Wristbands must be worn all weekend.

  • Lost wristbands will not be replaced.

  • All wristbands must be securely fastened by a staff member at check-in. Wristbands will not be distributed loose or handed out — each attendee must be present to have theirs applied.

  • Campers must be listed on the Will Call List (provided at time of ticket purchase).

🧾 What to Bring to Check-In

To make your arrival seamless, don’t forget these essentials:

  • ✅ Valid photo ID

  • ✅ Digital or printed ticket confirmation

  • ✅ Names of all campers (for will-call verification)

  • ✅ Cash/card for onsite purchases

🧠 Pro Tip: Screenshot your ticket confirmation before arrival — cell service can be spotty!

🏕 If You’re Camping...

All camping passes must be purchased in advance and added to your festival ticket. You’ll receive both camping wristbands and vehicle access credentials at check-in.

  • Check the size and type of your campsite (electric, primitive, etc.)

  • Each site allows one RV or two tents per 40'x40' space

  • Generators must be quiet/whisper models

  • Outside food and beverages are allowed in the campground only, not at the concert area

  • See full camping rules here

🐾 Pet Rules

Bringing a furry friend? Please follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe and comfortable:

  • Pets are allowed only in the camping areas — no pets in the concert grounds (licensed service dogs excluded)

  • All pets must be leashed at all times —NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Only bring pets that are well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not easily stressed by loud noises or crowds

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

💡 Don’t have an RV? Check out RVShare.com or Outdoorsy.com for rentals.

🚨 Arrival Pro Tips

  • Arrive early to avoid long lines — Wednesday or Thursday check-in is smoothest.

  • Pack light but smart — wagons or carts help for hauling gear to your site.

  • Hydrate early and bring refillable water bottles for the campground.

Note: Refillable containers are not allowed in the concert area.

  • Designate a meeting spot with your group in case of phone service issues.

  • If you plan to drink, bring a valid ID to receive a 21-wristband. Alcohol will only be served or allowed to those 21 and over. No underage drinking will be tolerated — violations will result in removal from the festival grounds.
